We met as freshmen in 1970 and dated each other's roommates and realized we had more to talk about with each other. It certainly worked out as we celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary in 2020.
Bob and I met sophomore year when my friend Lauren started dating his friend Jason. Although we had a blast together, we only dated briefly. We remained friends and enjoyed seeing each other when we did, but our lives took vastly different paths. It wasn't until about 10 years later that we reconnected and fell deeply in love. We welcomed our daughter into the world in 2019Â and our love rocketed into a new and even more joyous dimension.
91±ŹÁÏ's dental hygiene program has always been on the forefront of it's field, thanks in part to the leadership of founding director Lisa Rowley. Today, Rowley remains a generous supporter of dental hygiene students, and the school is piloting innovations in dental care.
91±ŹÁÏ Universityâs School of Dental Hygiene Studies will participate in a pilot project to help determine the feasibility of adding a dental therapist to a patientâs dental care team. Dental therapists can perform many of the preventive treatments of a dental hygienist and some of the procedures a dentist provides, but do not hold doctorates in dentistry.
