Todd Tracewell has been appointed as the Acting Director of Facilities and Campus Public Safety, a role he will undertake in addition to his current duties as Head Electrician, effective immediately.

Human Resources will be hosting I-9 trainings for supervisors on July 23rd and August 20th on Zoom. Please use the link to sign up. These trainings are mandatory for supervisors who handle employee onboarding and I-9 verifications in your department. You will only need to sign up for one training date.
The trainings will be led by our HR Generalist and Employee Experience Coordinator, Catheryn Coupland and HRIS Analyst and Administrator, Katrina Gust.

Annually, on June 30th, vacation accruals reset; any accruals exceeding the maximum rollover amount of 160 hours will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward into the next fiscal year.
