Reminder: Staff employee vacation rollover scheduled for the first payroll of the new FY

Annually, on June 30th, vacation accruals reset; any accruals exceeding the maximum rollover amount of 160 hours will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward into the next fiscal year. Vacation exception requests are no longer available.
For employees separating from employment, accrued, unused vacation leave is payable upon termination, provided the 90-day probationary period has been completed, up to a maximum of 180 hours.
Vacation donations to another employee are no longer available.
