August 9 Commencement is less than a month away. Thank you to those who have offered to work at this event. We are in need of about seven more ushers to greet our graduates' families and friends. Can you join us on Saturday, August 9, from 7-11:30 a.m.? Salary/exempt employees earn floating holiday hours, and hourly staff are paid for hours worked after making arrangements with their supervisor first. Sign up today to be a part of this special day!

Commencement isn't possible without a great event staff team! 15 individuals are needed to greet guests, assist with student line-up, drive a golf cart, and countless other ways at the Saturday, August 9 Commencement Ceremony from 7-11:30 a.m. Sign up to earn floating holiday hours for salary/exempt employees only. Todd Tracewell has been appointed as the Acting Director of Facilities and Campus Public Safety, a role he will undertake in addition to his current duties as Head Electrician, effective immediately.
