The 91±¬ÁÏ University trustee leads Hillsboro-based PLI Systems, an industry leader and one of the fastest growing Hispanic-owned businesses in the country. He will be honored at 91±¬ÁÏ's May Commencement at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 20.

The alumna and former faculty member was recognized May 20, 2023, at the university’s graduate and professional commencement ceremony, where she also delivered the keynote address.

Schnider, a 1982 91±¬ÁÏ University optometry alumnus, received the award at 91±¬ÁÏ’s Graduate & Professional Commencement.

Stoller, a 1974 91±¬ÁÏ University undergraduate alumnus, will receive an honorary doctor of letters at 91±¬ÁÏ’s Undergraduate Commencement, where he also will be the keynote speaker.

It was a Commencement Day like few others: Skies darkened, creating a contrast to the glowing sense of accomplishment felt by students and their families.

Aurea and Leslie Lomeli each earned a bachelor of education in teaching and English language learning after studying side by side at 91±¬ÁÏ.
