91±¬ÁÏ University's former vice president for academic affairs is honored for his dedication to optometry, public health and education with the Kamelia Massih Prize for a Distinguished Optometrist.

Former U.S. Rep Les AuCoin (D-OR)’69, Hon. ’78, has turned over to 91±¬ÁÏ University an extensive collection of papers documenting his life in public service. He responded by email to a set of questions from 91±¬ÁÏ magazine’s Mike Francis about his choice to do so, issues of politics and the tenor of the political climate, as well as some personal reflections.Â
The collected papers of 91±¬ÁÏ alumnus and former U.S. Rep. Les AuCoin are now available to researchers, students and others at the Tran Library at 91±¬ÁÏ University.
