The E-Verify website is currently offline and employers are unable to access or process E-Verify cases while the system is down. If you are responsible for completing I-9 verifications in your department, please keep record of the employees that you are needing to run the E-Verify for. Once the system is available, you will need to go back into the 91±¬ÁÏ I-9 checklist to run the E-Verify for your employee. Employers must still complete Form I-9 no later than the third business day after an employee starts work for pay.

As part of 91±¬ÁÏ Athletics' partnership with Nike and BSN Sports, all 91±¬ÁÏ "Friends and Family" are able to participate in the VIP Appreciation Event through October 17th.

All university-affiliated social media accounts must be registered here by Oct. 31.

We're hosting a "Community Partner Insight Reception" on October 30th and hope you will share with any community contacts who might be interested in giving their feedback!

91±¬ÁÏ's Staff Senate is sponsoring a hot breakfast at the All-Staff Meeting on Wed, October 22. Arrive any time after 8:30 a.m. for breakfast; the meeting starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be held on the Hillsboro and Forest Grove campuses and on Zoom. Staff are welcome to get a professional headshot taken following the meeting by MarCom staff on the Forest Grove campus. Registration for breakfast is required.
